The tiny seed knew
that in order to grow,
it needed to be dropped in dirt,
covered in darkness,
to reach the light.
“How can I ever be grateful for what I experienced has challenged or harmed me?” If you find yourself asking yourself this question, you are not alone. Seems impossible, right? It's not. In fact, the people who have inspired humanity throughout the ages by overcoming incredible hardship and loss are examples of this possibility. No one is exempt from experiencing adversarial forces in life. What matters most is how we navigate to get through wiser and stronger to live the life we long to live. Challenges and trauma can either make us or break us, and we become either bitter or better as a result of these experiences. Gratitude isn’t the result of never experiencing hardship, but rather, knowing that you have the capacity to heal and transform your life by choice. You have the incredible power to tap into your innate inner wisdom and knowledge to build resilience and grow through every experience you encounter. Many gifts of healing and insight are waiting to be discovered so you can finally liberate yourself from your pain and confusion. As long as you are cognitively capable to think and take action, the choice is always yours. What will you do with that power of choice?
It's all about alchemy: the art of transforming challenges and negative experiences into a more beneficial and useful purpose.
Through the art of Inner Alchemy, I have transformed every pain, trauma, abuse and loss that I have experienced.
When I was experiencing unbearable pain and trauma in my twenties, I read about Viktor Frankl, a concentration camp survivor who emerged from the unthinkable with his love for life and humanity still intact, despite experiencing the worst of humanity, being tortured and fed rotten food.
I was blown away by Frankl’s story. I thought to myself… if he can do it, so can I! I realized that I had no excuse to not dedicate my life to healing and restore my love of life and humanity... And so I did.
Today, I have healed to the point of true gratitude, knowing that without my experiences and what they taught me, I would not be who I am today.
Had I not invested in my own self-reconstruction, I wouldn't have fulfilled my dream of being a very happily married woman. I wouldn’t be living with my amazing husband and my beautiful son, whom I adore. I would not be living in the home of my dreams as a successful author, musician and entrepreneur.
I also would not have uncovered the wisdom that I now share to help others heal and create their dream lives too.
My dream of living a happy life with a thriving relationship came true because I choose to embrace my power and leverage my traumatic and painful experiences, rather than allow myself to be controlled by them. I made a choice to learn about myself and grow, no matter what. That choice made all the difference in the world!
I have built myself against all odds. You can do the same.
Do you desire to transform and transmute trauma and challenges into new possibilities and opportunities?
I know how hard it is, but I also know what it takes to create lasting change. It's not an easy journey, but it is possible. It all begins when you commit to healing so you can restore your true self - the ‘you’ that has been interrupted by trauma for so long.
I firmly believe in your innate capacity to learn, heal and re-create your life. I believe in your potential to fulfill your dreams of Love, Fulfillment and Abundance.
It is your birthright to thrive and be happy!
There is nothing in the natural world that isn't biologically wired to survive & thrive... including you!
As an element of nature, you are subject to the Laws of Nature, which means that experiencing adversity and challenges is inevitable. No one can escape that truth. However, these experiences are critical to your development as you evolve into the fullest expression of yourself.
Duality and Paradox are at the root of our existence. Once you understand this, you can start seeing life from a different perspective, which can engage your capacity to learn, grow and evolve.
We suffer immensely because we believe in the idea that life “should” be easy. This false notion of “how it should be” causes us to reject adversity, viewing it as the villain in our story, when in fact, it can help us to cultivate intelligence, creativity and greatness!
There is no way we can reach our desired levels of success, abundance and love if we reject the very experiences that help us get there.
I have created The Aloha Method 'Awaken Your Inner Alchemist' Online Coaching Program to bring these empowering learnings together so you can grow and heal.
In this training, I will help you uncover and unlock a key piece of the puzzle that is missing in most online self-development coaching programs: Subconscious Trauma Imprints.
These trauma 'echoes'—imprinted in our nervous system and subconscious—are the source of why we keep repeating the same cycles again and again, even though we know they sabotage our well-being and success.
Without addressing Subconscious Trauma Imprints, we just keep going in dizzying circles until we burn out. Been there, done that.
I will teach you how to understand the biology of trauma so you can rewire your brain and nervous system to create a new neural network that is in alignment with the life you want to create and live.
(Yes, you CAN rewire your brain!)
You will also learn 12 Key Universal Principles that will free your heart and strengthen your mind so you can heal and navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and purpose.
At the end of these 12 weeks, you will have all the insight, tools and techniques you need to heal and redirect your life to where you want to be.
In this live online coaching program, I integrate
...creating a nourishing buffet of wisdom to glean from!
I weave all of these bodies of knowledge together through the 12 Key Healing Principles I learned in Hawaii. These principles, which are the foundation of Ho'oponopono, offer a fresh and comprehensible perspective on what it means to be human, and how we can make the most of this life we have been given.
